Turks and Caicos

The Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) consist of 40 islands and cays, eight of which are inhabited. The islands are located just 550 miles southeast of Miami, just south of the Bahamas and just to the east of Cuba and the Dominican Republic. This great Caribbean location means we are blessed with wonderful weather 12 months a year, with average temperatures around 85-90 degrees (29-32 degrees celcius). On a typical year we would expect 350 days of sunshine!

The population of Turks and Caicos is just over 30,000 people, however the bulk of the population and tourism is on the island of Providenciales on the west side of the island chain. Being only 550 miles from the US and a tax free jurisdiction makes the Turks and Caicos Islands a perfect location to invest!

The TCI is a British colony, with English as its predominant language. With a stable banking system and the US dollar as their national currency, North American visits feel very comfortable knowing their investment dollars are safe here in the Turks and Caicos.
